Artist Mentorship.
Does your child want to be the next Taylor Swift? Or, maybe they have just shown interest in singing, music, or songwriting? An Artist Mentorship is a perfect next step. Our 45-min private, coaching sessions with Ms. Erica are for those who want to grow in confidence, explore their artistry and unique style, and learn to hone and care for their gift. Students choose two focus points from voice, songwriting, learning an instrument (piano, guitar, or ukulele), and beginner music production.* Artist Mentorship is about coming alongside the student, embracing what they already enjoy, and fostering a deeper love and desire to learn. We will learn listening and improv skills, how to discover/uncover our own gifts and stylization, and how we can express ourselves through music and song creation. These are not a deep dive into theory or classical lessons (although we’ll touch on music theory) but would definitely be an excellent supplement to classical education.
Coaching sessions are open to those 7 years old and up and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly - although more frequent meetings allow for more consistency and growth.
*Ages 10+ and access to a laptop with a digital audio workspace (DAW) is needed to focus on music production. Ms. Erica works out of Logic Pro X. Message us if you have questions!
